"I remember my brothers bringing their instruments home and making a ruckus. It was noise to me then, but man is it poetry to me now."
Throughout her adolescent years, Barbie received countless honors for her vocal and percussion talents and carried her love of music over into her university studies and majored in music. After college, Barbie took a long break from music and married in 1999. Barbie and Chris (now divorced) had their son Christopher in 2000.
